My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The room was modern and had all the comforts needed, and its location close to the beach and town center provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy. Despite a small adjustment request for a quieter room, the service was excellent and the overall experience was fantastic.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a powerful shower. Despite a small initial issue, they quickly accommodated our request for a quieter room on a lower floor with double glazing to block out noise.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were colorful and comfortable, truly some of the nicest rooms I've seen in all my travels to Europe. However, I felt that the room rate was a bit high for what I got. The service was excellent, with very kind and helpful staff who were always ready to assist and even make restaurant reservations for us. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Biarritz within easy walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. The dining options were a bit limited, but still suited our group well. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a couple of minor drawbacks.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to incredible restaurants, bars, beaches, and shops. It's right across from Les Halles, the best fresh food market I have ever seen.
